Studio Safety Policies
Safety in the studio and outdoors during a session is my highest priority. While I hope that we are always having fun, I will work to insure that while we are having fun that we are staying safe. Most of the things outlined below have always been studio policy, due to the recent pandemic I have added a few additional safety precautions. These are not just for your family's safety but my family's as well.
-
I do not photograph clients while sick. And I will be symptom free for 72 hours before scheduling sessions. If anyone in my family has been sick, I will inform you so that you can make an educated decision for your family.
-
My studio is cleaned thoroughly between sessions with Honest Company products and as an precaution sessions are scheduled 48 hours apart. The studio space is only used for clients.
-
I wash my hands while cleaning the studio, before you arrive and throughout the portrait session as needed. I also keep hand sanitizer on hand for quick clean up.
-
All props & fabrics used are cleaned and sanitized between sessions.
-
I do not wear shoes in the studio and I ask that you do the same. Most portraits will not show feet.
In response to COVID-19, I have added the following:
-
If you are sick, for my family's safety, please stay home. There will be no rescheduling fees and I would rather be safe than sorry.
-
I will be wearing a mask, I ask that you wear a mask for me if you are not in the photograph.
-
No outside props should be brought into the studio at this time.
-
Please only bring family members being photographed especially in studio.
-
Studio sessions will be limited to 5 people.
-
When possible, please keep 6 feet distance between yourself and me. If you are not actively keeping your child safe or helping to achieve smiles, please sit in the hallway chairs.
-
Be prepared to follow posing instructions from a distance. And to help pose young children.
In order to meet the requirements of our governor, please fill out the following survey.
